I'm very shocked to read all of these sub par reviews! I visit the Unser location once every couple weeks and have never had a bad experience. The dining area is always clean, the food is fresh, and the people behind the counter have been nothing but pleasant. Even the drive-thru is expedient and my order is always accurate. Considering the volume of customers this store serves, I think they are doing an excellent job. Keep up the good work!

Dry flavorless rice, old chewy chicken, bland bland bland. If I could give less stars, I would.

Not impressed with this place at all. I was in a hurry, so I'm thinking the drive through at a fast food buffet place would be pretty quick. WRONG! When I got to the drive through, there were two cars in front of me, one at the window and another ordering. It took nearly 15 minutes, FIFTEEN MINUTES, for me to get my order in and get through the window. That is unsatisfactory and I will definitely not be returning to this location. On the flip side, the food was ok. Not great, but ok.

I am very disappointed to see the one- and two-star reviews of this outlet, because I have had nothing but decent food here, at a very reasonable price. My usual order is a three-item plate with chow mein. I have had problems with the chow mein being too dry for my taste, but I usually can alleviate that by dumping some sweet-and-sour sauce on it. I was disappointed to find that the sweet-and-sour pork offering has been discontinued, and I haven't found chicken replacement. That saddens me, because it reduces the offerings to beef and chicken. They seem to be moving toward offering more spicy dishes than non-spicy, and also seem to be offering a lot of shrimp dishes which always add $1.00 to the plate cost. I'd like to see less spicy food, more pork dishes (how about some moo shoo pork?), and stop charging extra for the shrimp, because they aren't worth the upcharge. To the person who complained about the cost - and my friend from Belen who also complained - the prices at Panda Express are NOT out of line. Just go to any Chinese restaurant and order two entrees and an egg roll and see if you spend over $10. You will, believe it. I like PE, sorry others don't.

Panda Express continually makes me wonder why I still frequent food chain restaurants. There is no atmosphere, customer service is drab, and most importantly, the food is sub par! The chow mein that I had didn't taste fresh and the sweet and fire chicken that I had just tasted soggy and gross! I would recommend talking to Siri and trying any number of local Chinese restaurants before settling for this dog food.

If you like your over steamed pseudo Chinese food with 3rd degree heat lamp burns served to you by teenage punks who speak english as a second language then this is the place for you. Tip - buy lots of Bromo and mark alot of time on your day planner for some quality porcelain time.

I travel all over and there are a few places that I count on for good food and Panda Express is one of those. However, on this particular day I was totally shocked at the level of service and quality of the food at this particular Panda Express. I waited in line for chow main noodles to be cooked, then picked my other selections as well. I was okay with this knowing that they where going to be fresh and hot. I sat down at the table and long and behold all of my food was Luke warm, and my egg roll was soggy. Totally disappointed, I hope this isn't the beginning of another chain growing to fast.

The popularity of Chinese food in America can be adjudicated by the appearance of China Town in many major cities in the United State of America. The popular trend of ordering or opting for Chinese take away food isn't unknown in America. Chinese take away food comes to rescue when you're too tired from work or too exhausted to cook. No one can resist the temptation of eating spicy noodles, shrimp, chicken, beef or pork cooked in the sweet and spicy sauce. The cooking method of authentic Chinese food is a lot different compared to what is served in America.

Generally, Chinese use dark meat small bones and organs to cook dishes but this changes when you are eating American-Chinese fusion food prepared using white boneless meat cooked with broccoli, carrots and onions. Back in China, the food is less spicy and oily as they favor steaming and braising method for cooking the most popular dishes. So, if you have a taste for authentic Chinese food, then try finding a real Chinese restaurant in the city. You can also try the most popular fusion Chinese food like Pecking Duck, Chicken Feet, Hot Pot, Shrimp Dumpling Soup, Mapo Tofu, Wontons, Chop Suey, Egg Rolls and not to forget Fortune Cookies.
